Jeff Bucknum

Jeff Bucknum is a professional racing driver, driver coach, and motorsport manager whose career has spanned karting, formula cars, sports cars, endurance racing, and IndyCar competition. The son of former Formula One and IndyCar driver Ronnie Bucknum, Jeff is a two-time Indianapolis 500 competitor, a six-time winner in the American Le Mans Series, a class winner at the prestigious 12 Hours of Sebring, and has competed in the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans. Before pursuing motorsports, Jeff also traveled the world competing on the World Championship Surfing Tour.
Today, Jeff is one of the nation’s most respected driver coaches, working with racers from karting through the professional ranks. In addition to serving as a Driver’s Edge instructor, he is the founder of Jeff Bucknum Motorsport Management, where he provides driver coaching, career development, and mentorship for the next generation of racing talent. He has also worked as a precision and stunt driver for film and television, including Ford v Ferrari.
